This story made me laugh put loud! I have fought an never ending battle against a colony of ants in my apartment since I moved in 5 years ago. The months of May and June are all out war! Since the ants mostly go for my kitchen, I don’t like to use poison to kill them, so I have also found other “non poisonous” liquids to spray on the little buggers. I found that Febreze is actually quite effective on them, and leaves my kitchen smelling fresh! Next time I am entertaining, however, I may have to break out the Hugo for that extra sexy ant kill smell!

Appears as though you may have stumbled onto something here. Death by Aftershave… who would have thought! Seriously though, any new natural and non toxic methods for getting rid of ants are always to be welcomed.

That is not bad bad idea Scroobs, I will look at the ingredients in order to see if I can recreate. If it works without the expensive smell then I could be on a winner.

You should try and water it down and see if it works, if it proves successful, bottle it under your own brand “Antcrippler” and flog it
