So after defeating Chelsea FC on Nov 29th I thought I would check into the LFC site; low and behold I find the error; these things do happen; it just seems I have a keen eye for spotting them!

Keep an eye out for Jack Dunn who scored both goals for Liverpool in the victory.

The back heeled volley goal surely has to be one of the best of its kind of all time. Dare I say it is better than the back-heeled goal scored by Chelsea’s Gianfranco Zola!

Phone call from Bracketsrus

Today (10/11/2011) I received a call from an Adrian of Bracketsrus at work. Adrian introduced himself and quickly cut to the chase. In short he asked me to take my original post down about the company. I explained to Adrian that after receiveing one of the poorest customer experiences ever with this LCD/LED/Plasma TV Wall bracket supplier that I felt no reason to change my stance, this even after nearly 12 months since the original incident.

Your complaint against Bracketsrus is a year old

Adrian reasoned with me that a lot had changed with the set-up of the company and that things had changed for the better. In all fairness I was still unimpressed. The only reason that Adrian was on the phone to me is due to the fact my legitimate grumble which I wanted to share with the wider community ranks well in Google for their brand name. In fact so well it directly follows their main listings in Google as you can see:

My response to Bracketsrus request

The funny thing with the phone call is I tried despeartely to talk to someone at Bracketsrus last year when my grievance was at its height, here are some simple facts:

• Could I get through to anyone? No
• Were the call centre staff bothered? No
• Did Bracketsrus care about my genuine complaint at the time? No

So now after 11 months why does Adrian (or anyone from Bracketsrus) feel he has the right to call me up and ask me to take the post down?

In some ways I was really glad Adrian called me. It had been nearly a year since my grievance, and I had not forgotten the dismal experience. Here’s the problem, even after all this time I was still not offered an apology.

I explained to Adrian I had (and have) no intention of taking the first post down. I also said that if they wanted me to take it down they would have to go through a legal channel (as it is all factual and from real life experience there is no chance of that happening); it was at that stage Adrian hung up on me!

Adrian, I know you will read this, so I would like to thank you for taking the opportunity of proving to me the pitifully low values of the company you represent have not altered in 11 months. In fact all you have done now is flamed the situation!

To hang the phone up on a customer no matter what the situation is nothing short of pathetic!

My message to Bracketsrus is as follows:

In my opinion Bracketsrus demonstrated to me clearly they have no regard for their customers. If you really did value my custom you would of dealt with my complaint at the time. Too little too late I am afraid; the post will stay up, you screwed up!

If you don’t like it, then may I suggest you bring in a consultant who can assist you with dealing with delivering a satisfactory service to members of the public who you take money from and whom you offer an extremely poor service.

May I also suggest you have a very good look at Amazon.co.uk; now there is an etailer that knows how to look after its customers!

Liverpool The City

Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral is the biggest cathedral in Britain and the 5th largest in the world. Liverpool is home to the oldest Chinese and African communities in Europe. Liverpool carried out and financed the 1st ever Atlantic telegraph cable in 1886. Liverpool is home to the Grand National, the most famous steeplechase in the world. The Liverpool Hotel and Hotel Liverpool as well as the Liverpool Adelphi are great places to reside and you’ll be in reach of Liverpool Restaurants and other attractions. Whatever you do, you’ll need a map of Liverpool to find your way around the old city. Don’t forget to visit the excellent Tate Gallery in Liverpool, this is located at the redeveloped Albert Dock.

Club

Club followers from Asia know as much about Liverpool FC as some of the best well-versed and most loyal fans in the UK. Clubs that regularly win high-profile trophies make more coverage, both at home and aboard, and command much higher prices. Anfield

Anfield itself is vastly different to what it looked like 2, 5 and 10 years ago not to mention 20, 50 or even 100 years ago. The highlight for many, however, is the chance to walk down the famous players tunnel and touch the famous This is Anfield sign. The Anfield atmosphere, history and fabric is all part of the club. The fact is that LFC is Anfield and Anfield is LFC. The club offers tours of its stadium, Anfield, which include a visit to the dressing rooms and a chair in the team dugouts.

European

European triumphs at the Stadio Olympico, Stad de Lutz and as recently as the Westfalenstadion are witness to what Liverpool Football Club is all about. The club was present at two of the prevalent tragedies in European football at Heysel in 1985 and Hillsborough in 1989. Liverpool made their first impact on the European circuit in 1973 with a UEFA Cup triumph, as well as winning another league title that season. In recent years, the city has emphasised its cultural attractions, winning the award of European City of Culture for 2008.
