Virgin Media cannot expect to be taken seriously when you cannot even get onto the website and check your bill via the ebilling system.
Even more frustrating is the fact their system does not recognize the correct customer email address even though they send you countless emails upon their range of services!

You would think that for all the profit that British Gas make they would be able to ensure the search facility on their blasted website actually works!
